Our work in Eye Genetics focusses of Inherited Retinal Dystrophies - Retinitis Pigmentosa, Stargardt's Disease, Choroideremia and others. We maintain a database of patients with Retinal Dystrophies with known and unknown mutations.

We are in the process of developing cutting edge - CRISPR Genomic Editing based therapies for Retinitis Pigmentosa. One of the most important developments of this century, CRISPR has won the Nobel Prize in 2020.
